Hello,

a bit about me:

My journey in Human Resources began when I was in college. To be ready and well connected for the real world, I got involved in PIHRA/MA (Professionals in Human Resources/Management Association at CSUN (Cal State University, Northridge).  I became the Membership Director after being a loyal member for a year. Then I ran for the Vice Presidency seat and after 12 months, I was elected as the President of the Association.  My mission as an HR professional is to bring about positive change and foster high level of morale by working hard, being a role model and practicing fairness.

I strongly believe that in order to make a difference, it starts with small drops of human kindness, which creates a positive ripple affecting  more people than you can ever imagine.

I am a big advocate of humanitarian work. Having worked with several non-profit organizations such as HelpMeSee, Homeless Project by Cloud 9, SOAR, AARFA, and directly with those less fortunate in different villages in Armenia, I live by this motto:

To be part of something meaningful, one does not need millions, only a caring heart and a helping hand.
